I used to text guys paragraphs...

Overthinking every reply to try and sound “interesting”...

But it never worked.

And when I did get dates they didn't look like their pic or they just wanted that one thing...

I wrote down every generic boring message I sent, and then wrote a better version.

I used my background in psychology.

There was over 500 when I was finished.

This became my guide, fortunately I don't need it any more so I am sharing it here.

You don't need need to offer sex or be hotter...

You just need to up your game.
